Domestic Shipping Zones (Australia-wide)

Our preferred Freight Partner: Border Express (cannot deliver to PO boxes).

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment clearance from our Melbourne warehouse. You will receive an email with an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation and invoice. 

 

NSW / VIC / QLD

  • Free into Store (FIS): Orders $750+ (ex. GST) delivered free
  • Orders under $850: Flat rate $24.95 (ex. GST)

ACT / SA

  • Free into Store (FIS): Orders $850+ (ex. GST) delivered free
  • Orders under $850: Flat rate $29.95 (ex. GST)

WA / NT / TAS

  • Free into Store (FIS): Orders $1000+ (ex. GST) delivered free
  • Orders under $850: Flat rate $44.95 (ex. GST)

 

PO Box Deliveries (Australia Post)

  • Shipped via Australia Post.
  • Extra charges may apply due to parcel size/quantity limits.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional costs beyond the standard fee.
  • To avoid these charges, we recommend providing a non-residential street address (Border Express).
  • If a PO box is your only option, please contact us to discuss alternatives. 

Residential Deliveries (Border Express)

  • Residential deliveries incur a Border Express surcharge in addition to the standard shipping fee, due to the higher cost of delivering to residential areas.
  • Surcharge is based on cubic weight per consignment.
  • Applies to all residential deliveries, whether above or below the MOV.
    • If order is below $500: shipping fee + surcharge.
    • If order is $500 and above: surcharge only.
  • Please contact us ahoy@wonderling.world prior to placing your order if your delivery address is residential, so we can confirm the applicable surcharge and ensure smooth delivery.
     

Additional Terms

  • All goods remain the property of TLLC Pty Ltd until fully paid.
  • Re-sale restrictions: Goods cannot be sold on eBay or third-party marketplaces.
  • Drop-shipping is not offered.
